The service
CambiosDeCheque provides a service to request and compare quotes from participating check-cashing stores. We do not cash checks, hold funds, transfer money or decide whether a store accepts a check.
Offers
Offers are prepared and sent by stores. They may be preliminary, carry conditions and expire. The final fee and the decision to cash a check belong to the store after it verifies the check and your identification. We don't guarantee any rate, savings, acceptance or payout.
Participating stores
We review store applications before approving them. “License verified” means we checked the store's license on a given date; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of its service.
Your responsibilities
Provide truthful information. Don't submit requests for other people without their authorization or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for transactions between you and a store. This section is pending legal review.
